Exchange Eligibility

We gladly offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective item.
  • You receive the wrong product or incorrect size due to our error.

All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or washed products.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged or incorrect).

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support team with your order number.
  2. Share clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  3. Once your request is approved, you'll receive exchange instructions.
  4. After we receive and inspect the item, your replacement will be processed.

Return Process

If your return request is approved:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition.
  • After inspection, we will process your refund or replacement according to the approved request.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only for approved return cases.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
  • Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment method used.

Exchange Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Menzvur will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item when the mistake is ours.

Every Menzvur product undergoes a quality inspection before dispatch. If you experience any issue with your order, our team will work to resolve it promptly and fairly.
